In 1997, he had a vision to open his own Real Estate Office, and on March 1 2007, that vision became a reality, opening the doors of 423 High St Penrith as Michael Ball Realty. After 4 years in our office on High St, on June 1 2011, Michael Ball Realty moved to the corner of Henry and Lawson Streets, Penrith.

Starting as a receptionist in 1982, Marlee discovered she had a passion for the real estate industry, so when opportunities for advancement opened up, Marlee eagerly accepted the challenge. Marlee has been living in Penrith for 37 years, so she is very well acquainted with the area.
